The Resource Center for Independent Living (RCIL) is a human services and civil rights agency working to ensure that the rights of individuals with disabilities are respected and that they have equal opportunity to live, work and participate in the community. The gallery will change on a quarterly basis and currently features works from Frank Viola, Mary Gaylord Loy, John Loy and Ken Marchione. This magnificent new exhibit features artists from the 4 Elements Studio’s Arts Legacy Program, gallery, and current exhibitions. Take a walk down Genesee Street in Downtown Utica and stop by the windows of the RCIL Building located at 131 Genesee Street to see a beautiful new satellite gallery.
